Velux window replacement Following a Google search for reputable Velux window fitters in the local area, I was quickly directed to Jamie Burley Group. From the online reviews they seemed to tick all the boxes in meeting my needs, to replace an existing Velux window in our master bedroom. Having contacted Jamie via email, a date was arranged to complete the work! A few days before this date, I received an email offering an earlier time slot, which I willingly accepted. On the the day itself, Liam and his team arrived earlier than planned. The team itself were polite and very courteous.

The work was completed quicker than I thought it would. The work area was left cleaner than it was when before work started! All waste materials were collected shortly after finishing. The finished job can be described in one word….exceptional!!!!
Many, many thanks lads!!

wow jamie and his team are incredible all nice and generous people and all very kind thank you all so much

Embarrassed to have taken so long to write this review considering how happy we have been with the service we received from Jamie Burley Group.Earlier this year, Jamie and his team completed two big jobs for us - a full roof replacement and then building an extension in place of our knackered old conservatory. We had a fantastic service both times. The whole team were professional, polite, clean and generally brilliant.Jamie was true to his word, kept us fully informed of progress throughout and sorted any problems which arose. Top bloke, top firm. All around excellent service and can (and have) recommend wholeheartedly.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An excellent service from start to finish. We are extremely grateful for the high standard of work by the team who fitted a new warm roof to our extension. They took great care in our home and were very tidy. They also fitted a new gutter to the flat roof and new polycarbonate roof to our small lean-to, just for the cost of materials so the service really went above and beyond.

I contacted Jamie as I needed assistance with a poor job completed by an alternative company, Jamie was out the following day, with some great advice of how he can rectify things and full write up emailed across to me within the hour, can’t recommend this company enough, absolute top job as always

After discovering a leak coming from the pitched extension roof, we called Jamie to see if an urgent call out could be made. Jamie himself came to the house to inspect the leak and told us someone would be around the same afternoon to fix the issue. Cannot thank him enough for the quick call out time and having someone come so quickly as well. Massive relief to my parents, will absolutely be first call in the future. Thank you again!
