Leak Detection (ELD®)
Our Electronic Leak Detection (ELD®) provides a non-invasive means of detecting pinhole leaks in a roof’s membrane. Any defects within the waterproofing membrane are identified to within mm accuracy, providing targeted and effective repairs to that of complete roof replacement.
By running the drum brush over the required testing area. If any faults are detected by the ELD equipment an alarm will sound on the detection unit.
Areas with faults where the alarm sounded, will then be identified and included in the in-depth report which is made available to the customer.

Cost effective
